Return Instructions

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, you may cancel the transaction within 14 business days from the delivery of the items, following these steps:

  • Contact Customer Support and ask to cancel the transaction:
    Contact customer support by mail or via the website’s chat and ask to cancel the transaction. An application to cancel a transaction will be valid only after receiving an email message from Customer Support confirming receipt of the application to cancel the transaction.
    • Packing the returned item:
      The product will be returned in its original packaging with the original labeling.
    • Carrier:
      • The returned product would be shipped back to the company using a shipping company of your choice, at your own expense.
      • IMPORTANT: You should deliver the product to the shipping company for sending it back to the company within 14 business days from the date of receiving the product.
    • Return-to Adress:
      Attach the adhesive label received in the original parcel, which includes our return-to address, to the outside of box. If a return-to address label is needed, please contact our Customer Support.
    • Performa Invoice:
      Enclose a performa invoice supplied to you by customer support. Please follow customer support instructions as for the number of copies needed.

Refunds

    • Refunds will be carried out only to the original form of payment in which the purchase was carried out and in the same currency.
    • The Website owners may deduct from the refund 5% cancellation charge or an equivalent of 100 NIS, the lower between the two.
    • The refund will not include the shipping charges, whether it was paid upon purchasing the product or not (i.e. in case of free shipping).
    • The refund to the Client will be carried out only after we receive the product back and find the product returned in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below and confirm the receipt of the product in good order by way of an email message. Verifying the products is expected to take 3 to 5 business days. You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on banking procedures.
    • For transactions cancelled prior to shipment, the refund will be carried out within 3 business days of the acceptance of the application to cancel the transaction.
    • If the transaction is canceled due to a defect in the product only, the Website owners may offer a compensation in an amount equal to 50 dollars US or 5% of the product price, the lower between the two.

General Information

    • A returned item would be accepted by the us provided that it was not used in any way whatsoever and was not worn, laundered, modified or impaired in any way.
    • According to the applicable law, we shall not accept back bathing suits, underwear and lingerie, and products that were custom made and/or modified at your request.
    • A transaction paid for with gift vouchers cannot be canceled.
    • Returning the product will be possible against a monetary refund only and not against receiving another product.
